The Brief

Promote the Exeter Golf & Country Club in order to drive new members to their fitness gym that launched at the end of December 2024.

Rather than focusing solely on the gym, we set out to leverage the full scope of the club's unique offerings — positioning it as a lifestyle hub, not just a fitness destination.

We Smashed The Target

We helped them hit 115% of the original members target. A nine-part video campaign spotlighted every corner of the country club, building momentum over several weeks before culminating in December with three high-impact promotional videos.

The final push — including a collaboration with the Exeter Chiefs — created a buzz in the community and cemented the gym's presence as a standout fitness destination.

How We Did It

The Campaign Strategy

At the end of 2024, we began working with Exeter Golf and Country Club to strategise and plan the launch campaign for their newly refurbished gym. Our goal was clear: leverage the full scope of the club's unique offerings to attract new members and generate excitement ahead of the relaunch.

We kicked off by showcasing the wider experience the club offers — from the rackets facilities and Wear Park Spa to the yoga studio, members' bar, and both indoor and outdoor pools. We wanted to position the club as more than just a fitness destination.

The Final Push

The final phase of the campaign zeroed in on the new gym itself. We produced three focused videos: one highlighting the cardio area, another dedicated to the weights section, and a third that captured the full space in all its upgraded glory.

To top it all off, in early 2025, we launched a collaboration video with the Exeter Chiefs — giving the local community a powerful introduction to the new fitness space through a partnership with a beloved local team.
